Normal? F! Package not showing online?

Hi all,

I wasn't worried about this for a long time....but as our trip approachs, I suddenly am. :) I made a F! package dinner reservation for Mama Melrose on the phone several months ago. Spoke with a customer service person, gave them my credit card # to reserve, no trouble. I made all of my other ADRs on the website. All of the ADRs I made on the website show up when I log in (or they show up if I log out and log back in), except for the F! package. Is that normal? Or should I be worried that I don't actually have a F! package reservation?

Mine shows up. But I have heard of others having ressies that don't show. Best bet would be to call Disney dining with reservation number and have them double check. I have been known to double and triple check because the Candlelight Processional packages don't show up in "my reservations".
 
I called, and they did have the reservation. Told me not to worry about it not showing online...so I won't. :goodvibes

If you want to view your reservation online I have a suggestion. On your reservations page you select view by category and at the right hand side of the title click on missing reservation. I think there is also a box on the right hand side of your page, under the print page icon, that says retrieve reservations. This is how I found one of mine that wasn’t showing up.
