So as we all know we have the GIRLS thread. Well I feel like it has become another Random thread. Its original use was for girls to come and vent about relationships, aunt flo, ect.

Do you think it would be all possible when its time for the new thread that we stick to that? Its incredibly hard to have a conversation when people are posting random annoyance.

And guys, you are still free to visit.

I guess all I'm asking is that the girls thread is for GIRLS and all the other stuff that isnt related is for the random thread.

Ehhh idk I mean I can understand where you're coming from, but I made a ton of friends from just having random conversations. I really like how the Girls thread is, and we still talk about girl things, just not ALL the time.

I totally, and whole-heartedly agree. I haven't posted there in a while because there's a bunch of new people (cliques forming within a clique if you will), and the topic is rarely about female problems.


If we're going to put out annoyances - Bumping up old threads REALLY annoys me.

I think we're all guilty. lol

I don't think that I fit in at the Random Thread either, so that's why I post on the Girls Thread and the Guys Thread.

Don't feel guilty. I've done it too.

But, I loved the way it was before and since we've gotten new people it has changed.

And why couldnt you have the same conversations over on the random thread? George and them are so nice!

It seems like there are different people on each thread. like the people who post on the random thread dont usually post on the girls thread and vice versa.

I never felt welcome on the girls thread and I always felt that I was intentionally ignored, so that's why I never post on it. I agree with you though, it's like turning into a cult or something.

There's like 10 billion random threads. The girl's thread shouldn't be one of them.

I agree, Emily! I've been wanting to say this for so long.

Everytime I post on there, I'm just ignored, so I don't even bother anymore.

I miss the original girl thread (the one that was closed) where we actually talked about our 'girl' problems. I felt like it was the only place I could go to complain about PMS or cramps or bras, lol. It was so much fun, definitely one of my favorite threads ever.

Sadly, I don't think we'll ever have that again. There's all these new clique-y groups that I feel aren't very inclusive.

It has become rather clique-y hasn't it? That's why I stopped posting there. I feel it started to become that way when the whole 'Team VJJ' identity was adopted. The original girl thread was a good place to go and vent about actually GIRL problems.

Yeah, seriously.

Why can't they talk on the random thread? Everyone has their own little conversations on there anyway. That way we wouldn't have to have like 3 threads talking about nothing. And maybe we could have our girl thread back.

All the other cliques have always talked on the random thread. I remember because I was kind of part of one a few years ago. We didn't make like 50 threads about nothing..and we didn't take over the SYF thread either.
