For breakfast food is a good question. I think the CS by ToT are open. Starring Rolls Cafe looks like it has donuts and coffee.

There's a place over by Tower of Terror/RNRC that has CS breakfast. And Starring Rolls has pastries and coffee.

Starring Roles is pretty good. There are several types of breakfast pastries there, and there is a nice outdoor patio with tables to enjoy your meal. We also tried it for lunch, based on the positive reviews, however I did not like the sandwiches. Would go back for breakfast though...

Yes, we usually grab something at Starring Rolls. They have pastries, bagels, fruit, etc.
