non smoking room

we used the universal website to make our reservation. we are staying for four nights at portofino club room. there was nothing on the website to request a nonsmoking room. should we call or email or something to make sure they know we want a nonsmoking room, or are we pretty much assured of getting one.

I would call, when we booked on Monday we had to specify Non smoking, the question was asked.
