Non-signature dining

We are staying at POR and have a couple off days. We will likely eat at our resort or DTD. Do we need ADRs for every meal or can we walk into Boatwrights or non-signature restaurants at DTD without much of a wait?

That'll depend on the time of year you are visiting and the time of day you want to eat. Peak mealtimes at peak attendance times pretty much guarantee a long wait almost anywhere. If you know where you want to eat and when you should make a reservation, even if you make it the same day. Looks like you might be visiting during spring break, and that's a very busy time.
