No, I really don't think he did, come to think of it...
He may have, I don't think so, but I can't remember now for sure 100%...I would have to go back and look at the contract/interview form and e-mails.
But I think there was just a place on the contract for you to check off what kind of ceremony you wanted ie. civil, religious, romantic/religious, spiritual/non religious, romantic/non-religious etc...
Yup, we had him and loved him!! We had a non religious ceremony as well. He answers emails quickly, is flexible with ceremony choices, and even memorized our ceremony!! Loved him!

just another vote for Ron Rosenzweig...we had no idea which officiant to pick, so we just kinda rolled the dice, and he was absolutely wonderful. he was very professional and knew what he was doing, so he made us feel totally at ease.
also, he made sure to include certain things we asked for, such as making an announcement at the beginning of the ceremony to acknowledge DH's grandmother, who was mistakenly left out of our program and i didn't realize it until the rehearsal the night before!
I had Rev. Miller. I was very upfront about wanting to create my own ceremony (non-religious). He was great up until the time came to actually do it, then he seemed to get a little... testy that I wasn't using what he normally uses. I also noticed that his normal non-religious service had a prayer to start it off. I think the kicker was that he messed up a few times, which I thought was a little unprofessional considering I paid $350 for him to talk for 20 minutes.
I used Rev Jack, he was brilliant! There was no questions asked when I said I wanted a non relig ceremony. We made up our own vows and he was perfect. He spoke like he had knew us forever and officiated our ceremony with such professionalism! I would recommend him in a heart beat.
