Non RD arrivals - what time?

Ok, every year we have been to Disney I have gotten my husband up bright and early to make RD at every park. I like doing this because of course there is so much that we can accomplish in that first few hours.
While this is ok for him for the first few days, by day 3 or 4 he is seriously dragging. So, on this next vacation (the week before Thanksgiving), I figured I would give him a break for a few days and not rush out the door to hit the parks right away. So for all of you NON RD'ers, what time do you usually stroll into the parks? :confused3
Do you still get things accomplished? I understand that with FP+ we will be able to secure at least 3 rides for later in the day - so FP+ actually helps us there.

Typically, the parks with a 9AM opening schedule will find many guests flooding in between 10:30 and 11:45.

I've never done rope drop and have been dozens and dozens of times to Disney. I feel as though it's a must try on our next trip!

We usually arrive at the parks around 11 and seems a majority of others were as well.. So the time frame robo gave you sounds right on point. It definitely floods come noon time

For a 9am opening we would usually arrive around 10. Last July at MK we were able to walk on the mountains, POC, JC. I would advise using your FP+ for the fantasyland attractions as the popular ones had long stand by times by the time we arrived.

We have never done rope drop and tend to arrive around 11am. I feel that we do most everything that we want to do, but we tend to have a relaxed approach knowing that if we don't get to an attraction, we can do it on the next trip.

Last trip we didn't plan on Rope Drop since we had FP+ and didn't need to be there that early. What happened? We got up and going and ended up entering the parks at around 9:10 every day anyway. Our body clocks just worked that way. At least we missed standing in lines and crowds before the gates opened up.

We are usually rope droppers, but with FP+ we decided to try a different approach on our last trip. We arrived at the parks at about 11 am every day and had a GREAT time.
