Non-park, non-expensive, new-to-us recommendation?

My mom and sister are traveling with me to Disney in January for Marathon weekend. We are doing a trip with minimal park time, instead choosing to spend the money on tours, food, and nicer resorts. We have most of the trip figured out, but have one night left open. We are looking for a nicer restaurant for a Thursday night, one that we haven't been to before, but that doesn't cost $50 a person. We won't have park tickets, so it has to be outside the parks. We are staying at ASMu that night, so won't be particularly close to (or far from) anything specific otherwise.

Here are the places we have eaten before and don't want to repeat:
Ohana, Kona, Yacht Club Grille (name??), Boma, Wispering Canyon Cafe, Cape May Cafe

What would anyone recommend? What's your favorite evening restaurant that's nice but not ridiculously expensive?

Thank you!!

If you don't mind a buffett we really enjoy Trails end at fort wilderness camp ground. You can get there early to see the animals, eat dinner which consists of prime rib, pork lots of sides, fried chicken ,shrimp, pasta and yummy desserts. Afterwards if you plan it right you could do the chip n dale campfire sing along. Great bang for the buck.

The Turf Club at SSR is nice. Go in the mid evening. Families fill the place for early dinner.

I like the Grand Floridian Cafe. Good food, nice atmosphere, not ridiculously expensive, and not far from MK.

Thanks!

I should have mentioned, we have a vegetarian in our group. Are any of these places more or less vegetarian friendly? I know that you can always get at least one option if you call ahead, but in general, are there any with more options already on the menu?

Here are our favorite resort joints

The Wave
Grand Floridian Cafe
Boma breakfast
Flying Fish
Cape May ClamBake
Il Mulino
BlueZoo
Beaches & Cream

Just down the road at Coronado springs is a lovely sit down, whose name momentarily escapes me. duh. You definitely can get a dinner for under 50$ each there.

Thanks to all who helped with this. Plans have changed slightly and it looks like we are eating at Kouzzina. I know its fairly new, and a little bit more expensive than some of the suggestions, but its what works for our group. Thanks for all the advice!

Sounds like you have a plan, but I was going to suggest you not forget about the food court at ASMu. It's surprisingly good.
