Miniature Golf

shopping - lots of outlet malls

Gatorland

Holyland Experience

Wonderworks

on visit DD at WDW and BW at WDW

Old Town has go-karts. We ride them every trip.

I haven't been to it myself, but there was a really neat looking track on I-drive. It is multi-level. Has anyone been there?

Don't forget the outlets - Belz and Orlando Premium both have Disney stores. If you go to Belz, don't miss eating at Sweet Tomatoes along the way.

For our next trip in Nov we are trying to go "really budget". Those Boggy Creek Air Boat rides have been on our "to do" list for years. I think my 13 yr old son would like this too!:boat:

There is so much to do in the area. We ususally get at least one game of mini golf in. A little shopping at the outlets is usually a must. The water parks are great.

Our flight after the cruise does not leave until 5pm, we are off the ship by 8:30, already did gatorland so I need some ideas, what is the air boat ride like? do they have a website?

I recommend the Adventurer's Club at DTD. Go at 7, leave at 9, and you won't have to pay to get in. It's fun (even for kids). No food is served there. But drinks are decent, though not cheap.

I like Old Town, but it's better at night, imo.

Church St. Station downtown used to be really cool, but unfortunately it's been sold. You could go visit my Grandma downtown. :p

My DD has been bugging me to take her to Ripley's Believe it or Not and the Titanic Exhibit. (This we'll save for a Universal trip since we spend less days in the parks as opposed to our Disney trips)

Also, we usually do some mini-golf too.

The multi-level go karts on I-Drive are at Fun Spot. They also have a few rides and an arcade.

Boggy Creek Airboat tours gets my vote for a Must Do attraction out of the parks. Their night time gator safari is fantastic! My son (age 11) voted it his favorite non-park adventure and my parents have not stopped talking about it. Here's a link: Boggy Creek

Gatorland is another attraction that is well worth a day's exploration. Do the Swamp Tour first thing while the wildlife is still acitve.

Absolutely!! Sorry if I didn't mention that earlier. Old Town is more like Ghost Town during the day. But it rocks at nite, especially on Friday and Saturday nites. I wouldn't bother during the day.
