non home resort availability?

I am tentatively planing a trip over labor day weekend. I would like to stay at either the BCV or BWV. Currently there is availability for cash booking at both resorts does this mean I would be able to get a reservation with points?

No. Cash reservations come from a separate inventory from points ressies. There are usually cash ressies available long after all the points inventory is gone.
