Non-DVC owner renting points from a DVC owner - Taxes?

Kind of an odd question... my wife and I are looking to rent points from a DVC owner on the DVC Rent/Trade Board. Do we pay for any taxes on the room when we arrived or are taxes all included when the room is X number of points?

Forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong spot... the other thread seemed more for direct buying/selling/renting/trading and this one appears more for information.

Just chiming in to say that not having to pay the 11.5% tax on your lodging bill is another reason why renting points from a DVC member can be such a savings!
