If you are looking for a property which is close to WDW & is an excellent value, I recommend checking out this property. Don't let the name "Quality Inn" scare you away! This location is currently rated #5 on tripadvisor out of all hotels in Kissimmee. The back entrance to Animal Kingdom is literally a 5 minute drive. They have a very good free breakfast, lovely pool area, and rooms are recently remodeled. They do offer a limited shuttle to the theme parks, contact hotel for current times. They offer different room types all of which include a refrigerator & microwave. You can also earn/use reward points for Choice Hotels at this property. We've stayed here & have found their customer service to be excellent, the housekeeping to be terrific, and have had all around great experiences with no complaints.

Comfort Inn LBV and Drury Inn both don't have parking or resort fees and both offer free breakfast

NO parking fee, nightly resort fee - currently showing as $11.34 when I price one night at rack rate.

When I walked past Small World early today and saw 60 minutes I kinda laughed/shrieked and said they’d have to pay me. Sea of humanity.
