Non-character meal restaurants for kids under 10?

We have character meals already set up but are looking for other places to feed the little ones. I heard about Ohana and Whispering Canon both good and bad on both. Any suggestions?

Our children are ages 6.5 and 12. We love to go to the prime time cafe at hollywood studios, the children will love that, we also love the coral reef in epcot, the children can view the fish while we eat and they are so entertained it feels like we are dining alone! We also love the liberty tree tavern in magic kingdom, the food is great and so is the atmosphere, we choose that resturaunt on the parade night and we are right where we want to be to see spectromagic! We just got back last night and although we ate mostly CS, we did try a few TS. Mine and DH fave was Kona, we also loved Artist Point. DS 4 liked everything everywhere (he isn't very picky). We wanted to go to Ohana, but didn't get an ADR. And we had Whispering Canyon ADR, but ended up in the ER that night. Not swine flu, and all is well.

When mine were younger (and even now at 10 and 12) they loved:

*Whisperiong Canyon Cafe (it can be almost too crazy at night so we tend to go for lunch--we take the boat over from MK and enjoy the break from the crowds at the park)

*The Teppan Edo in Japan at EPCOT. That is one where the chefs cook on the table right in front of you--the kids adored that.

*Biergarten in Germany at EPCOT. Buffet with German music and diners sit at long tables.

*Marrekesh in Morroco at EPCOT. We tried to arrive about 20 minutes before a scheduled Belly Dancer (this is listed on the entertainment guide) so we would have time to order and then be entertained while we waited for our food.

*Prime Time Cafe at HS. Lots of silly antics.
