Non alcoholic drinks in souvenir cups inc in dining plan?

Are non-alcoholic specialty drinks like Mickey's Be Bop with electric ice cube & souvenir cup at 50s Prime Time included in the dining plan? If so, are there any other cute fancy drinks at other restaurants we should be aware of? Thanks!

I think it depends on the server, but we just returned and at the 50's prime time cafe my MIL ordered wine with her meal and then asked for a glass of water. Expecting tap water, she got bottled premium water (not Dasani), We asked about it and she said since we were on the dining plan it was considered a drink.

We ordered a lemonade for my daughter with an electric ice cube and it came in a souvenir cup and was included in the plan. Only thing we payed extra for was the glass of wine.

Hello...the drinks didn't come in a souvenier (sp?) cup but at CM you could get a smoothie and "Ohanas allowed virgin daquiris and pina coladas.

I do not think they are supposed to be included in the dining plan but we ordered a "glowing" soda which came in a souvenir cup and had a light square in the soda to make it glow at Sci Fi. They applied it against the table service we used from the Dining Plan so there was no additional charge. We were also allowed to order milkshakes instead of soda there.
