Nomad's Bread Service

Could that be an adequate meal for a solo who has a small appetite and does't eat meat? Yeah, love my carbs! Anything else you'd recommend there?

Most of the food at Nomad is along the line of tapas - so the portions are not large. The bread service has several pieces of three types of bread and three sauces - more of a heavy snack than a meal for one person. Sticking with carbs, the churros are excellent. For those who don't eat meat, I believe that Nomad still has the Impossible burger slider (served with yucca fries) on the regular menu.
