Noise Levels at Hojo?

I'm thinking of booking Hojo and would like feedback on freeway noise levels. Can you hear the hum of the highway when sitting by the Garden pool? Also, how is the noise level when using the pool-facing balconies on building 2? Finally, can anyone tell me a little about the balconies on building 2? From pictures it looks like some are solid and some are "see-through" with bars. And some are larger than others. Is that right? I am thinking of bringing camp chairs for the balcony. LOL! Is that feasible?

I'm on the fence about booking Hojo. We're going to be there a week and I can get a 1 bedroom suite at Hotel Indigo for less. But I'm drawn to the pretty setting of the garden pool, the balconies (and the shorter walk). I like the idea of putting the kids down to sleep and hanging out with Hubs on the balcony. But I want to make sure it'll be quiet (peaceful) before I book.

When we stayed in building 2 we were on the first floor so we had a patio, not a balcony. We didn't have any issues with highway noise in the room or on the patio. I don't remember hearing any by the pool but it's been a while so I'm not totally sure. I like that area of the Hojo, it's very relaxing. We're staying in building one this time because we have a different room type.
