How dare they think Gnomies have cellulite?? I know I don't...

Hey- what do you guys think about Cat Cora opening a restaurant this fall in place of Spoodles? I'm surprised. I thought Spoodles did well... in fact it was on my list of places to try.

If I had my pick of Iron Chefs to open a restaurant I'd pick Bobby Flay or Mario Batali over Cat Cora but who knows... this could be good.

AND there's a new Mexican place in Downtown Disney. I love me some Mexican. Or is it the margaritas?

She's not my favorite Iron Chef but with everything that she does with Disney, I'm not surprised. I think it's going to be interesting to see how it turns out. Does anyone know if Spoodles has already closed? I need to see those light fixtures!

Cat Cora does some interesting things but I am not huge on mediterranian food and that seems to be her favorite. Yes, Bobby Flay would be good I think.

It says the new restaurant is opening in the fall so I would think Spoodles would't be long for this world? Maybe you'll just make it in May?

MouseSurplus is awesome. I have a bunch of signs in my garage - from Food & Wine, Flower & Garden and Mickey's Candy Co (before it was Goofy's) as well as a little bulletin board that used to feature a menu at an Italy kiosk. You should definitely check it out. I'd love to go to the warehouse in Orlando sometime if I ever have a rental car!

I know... I have to get moving on the packing!
