Me too. I was telling Julez in chat last week that if I were being honest, I would have to take those 7 pounds lost on my ticker away I'm struggling to stick with it

I'm with you on the party Julez! We are talking about Patrick's b-day party in the end of June. I gave him the choice of the bowling alley or swimming pool. I've hosted lots of parties and am done with it! Too much work and hassle, I'd rather pay a little more for someone else to deal with it!

Hi, Gnomies! I have been having a lazy day as well -- after taking Connor to the dentist today (my one productive moment of the day), I have taken a nap and taken the kids to the pool to play.

Hey Gnomies---I haven't been home all day....Megs had dance, then a playdate with the girls in her dance class, and then therapy......PHEW!!!! I'M BEAT!!!! I get to go out with my girlfriends tonight for a fondue night at a local restaurant, and I am SO excited.....I haven't been able to stop thinking about the chocolate fondue portion of the meal all day!!! YUMMMMMMMMM!!!!!

My stress level has gone way done since I decided to move back our meeting with our realtor one more week....now I don't have to rush so much to get things done. I did manage to finish our room yesterday....hoping to tackle Megan's room and the spare bedroom tomorrow. The carpets are being cleaned on Saturday morning, and then I think Tom will help me with some updates I want to do to the fixtures in the bathrooms that afternoon. Then the only thing left will be the lower level....which I will have all next week to work on. SO, I am MUCH less stressed right now!!! YEAH!!!!

Hey Gnomies!
It is a nasty day here! It's been downpours and storms all day - yuck! I was gonna go and get a pedicure after work but the rain would muck it all up! I guess I'll do it tomorrow when I go out to do another round of photos for my neglected TR!

I currently have no idea what dates I'll be doing for Gnomefest. Since I have no 2009 trip I would love to go for at least one full week. But I have no idea what my financial or job situations will be like! I know at least 5 days, I wont go for less than that. I think I will also most likely be staying at a value resort (unless someone wants to split a more deluxe room). I'm just glad that we're getting into the "real" planning time! It's coming soon for real!!

Stace...I hope you don't have to stay in a tent but if you do, at least there's no Moose

Oh Paula! That is true though! But gators and racoons and buggies! Ew!

Oh no! I am noooooo nature girl! It's nice to look at and all....through a hotel room window! Plus I'd have to buy a tent and sleeping bag and all that junk! And I certainly wouldn't want to do it alone.
I may be a ninny Juelz - but I like to be a warm, dry comfortable ninny!

Although it may not work for gnomefest, I was looking at pics of the Treehouse Villas on allears today and I think they look SO cute! I don't always love the DVC decor so I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe I'm nuts but the idea of the big deck is so appealing.

Did you see on LL's twitter that she got a Mickey gnome pin? SO perfect!

I believe I may officially be a scrapbooker now...I went to Walmart last night at 12:30am to get refill pages and extra stickers....sick sick sick!

And I want a sugar daddy too! But not one made of sugar!

Hey my Gnomies! I am having anxiety at the moment. Deep breathes. Deep breathes.

Stress this morning over the house-buying crap.

Jim wants to go out to dinner tonight w/his friends from work and I'm having social anxiety and alcohol anxiety.....

then a girl here at work is talking about the fight she had the other night w/her husband while he was drunk and it just brought back lots of bad memories from when Jim was drinking a lot and I'm just trying to keep reminding myself that it's not like that anymore and that tonight will be fine, I need to loosen up.....

I'm almost done w/my day! Yay! Lunch time= 1/2 time! Happy Happy Joy Joy.

Still feeling nauseas but not as bad as I was.... I'm just gonna tell Jim tonight that he's not allowed to drink because I'm gonna have a few cocktails instead. We'll see how that goes....

Julia walks into the endless, topless, bottemless room. The cyber-room.

She looks around, surrounded by- nothing.

Silence.

"HELLO?!" she shouts, listening to the accompanying echo- "O...O...o...o..."

"Hmm.... that's strange. Nobody here." she thinks to herself.

Julia turns around, reaches into space and finds a doorknob.

Turning the doorknob and opening the door towards her, she looks behind her shoulder again. Nothing. No one.

As she walks out, the door makes no sound as it floats closed behind her.

Well Juelz, if it was a joke on you I wasn't told about it! I hope your day has gotten better since this afternoon.

I just got home and have now started loading photos onto my computer...why does it have to take so long?! And why oh why did I start taking pictures of ceiling vents?! Seriously....I have one of the POFQ food court! No wonder I have 3800 photos!! I'm hoping now I can delete enough of them so my camera will let me transfer them directly!

Oh pooh....it's starting to storm...it was sunny for most of the day...ok, I'm gonna hurry on to photobucket before I have to shut down my computer for the weather!
