No WL rooms for Dec 2007!!

I just called this morning at the 499 days out to book a Christmas trip at the WL. ( I tryed yesterday and they tried to book it they were only booking up to the 18th yesterday) I could only book the 19th today as that is 499 days out and not the whole trip. I called right at 7 and they had no rooms left except suites. Does anyone have any ideas of what is going on? I check AKL and they had all room types open.

It is the most popular resort at Christmas, but that's hard to believe! It reminds me of trying to make reservations at Cinderella's Royal Table.

Could you get any of the nights during the time you wanted to stay?

Sometimes, if you break up your stay, you can at least book a few nights. Then perhaps you could add more nights as the date approaches. If not, you could switch resorts during your trip. I've only done that once (Contemporary/Grand Floridian), but it was wonderful. Disney makes the transfer easy, and it's almost like having two vacations in one.

With this much advance planning, though, I imagine you will be able to get the WL for your full stay. Best wishes!

Call back and ask again. I had a horrible CM the other day who told me only suites were available at WL and I called back and got a great one who had no trouble finding me a room. Call back and try again.

I had the same thing happen in Jan when I was trying to book a room at YC for November. No rooms available....... Hard to believe.
I went through a travel agent and they were able to book 2 rooms for my time in November no problem. Go figure!

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I called back and spoke with a cast member who has worked reservations for quite a few years. She said just to wait and rooms should become available.

This is true since I booked for February 2007 and no WL standard rooms were available but when I went to change to AAA some showed up and I got them. Good luck to anyone else who is trying for WL.

sometimes I think you might just be a tad to far out from the date you are going. I am sure you will get what you want
