That would be good enough for me as well. But that was not our experience. Maybe there were a lot of other readers our week.
manning and toocherie, I love turndown! It is so pleasant to come back to a room with the lights turned on low, drapes pulled and sheets neatly tucked back.

Our Mousekeeper also straightened up a bit with our turn down, so it was nice. I can live without it, but it was nice and reminiscent of our cruise to come back to a fresh room.
I didnt see USA Today in the lounge either and we spent hours there waiting for our room last December as well as the 6 nights we were there.
We buy USA Today every day on vacation. SSR carries it at the AP and at bus stops, BWV in the gift shop, OKW in the gift shop (maybe in machines too, I don't recall).....
It's funny, but we don't buy that paper any other time other than vacation.....it's just one of those little rituals that is a nice change from the ordinary!
It's interesting that SSR and OKW have machines at the bus tops that sell them. Very nice but interesting. I wonder if that speaks to the relative waits for a bus at those resorts. What would Richyams have to say to that? Seriously though, I'm going to start to watch for machines at other stops.
At the Polynesian and GF, you can buy newspapers in one of the gift shops. Years ago, you could also purchase newspapers at Captain Cooks. Y&BC sell them at BC Marketplace and it's mirror shop at the YC. At AKL, you can buy NYTimes, the Orlando Sentinel and WSJ in the gift shop. But no USA Today at the gift shop of AKL.
