Hey all, just a question, I googled and found nothing.

So my sister and party just checked in at All Star Sports, ordered groceries as we have every single trip, including last year during the holiday.

Anyway, called front desk, and after about 2 hours, several calls and several times being put on hold, spoke to a manager and finally got a straight answer, they were told they do not delivery groceries/deliveries to the room during the "holiday" ...

Though when they went to bell services, they were putting other people's on carts to take to the rooms.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone had ever heard anything like this before, I hadn't and told her to speak to someone else at the front desk about it. Not a huge deal, more that it took her 2 hours to sort it out on her check in day instead of getting to the parks. Not a great vibe to start off the trip.

Unfortunately, your Sis got bad information. When she called the "Front Desk" she actually was speaking to someone at a Central Call Center not on property. She wasn't talking to anyone actually at her resort. If she would have called Bell Services they would have brought her order right up.

Yea i figured all that was the case, i was just wondering if anyone had ever had this told to them or heard of such a thing ?

I’ve never heard it.

Such are the perils of believing in the “front desk” button.

That said, it’s entirely possible that much of what they saw on carts were groceries that people had purchased at stores then stores in the BS fridges. Not items that had been delivered to the resort.
