Heading to port this morning and DH is going separately. Annoying, but that's a longer story for another day. Anyway, the port website says we need cruise tickets but various online sites say we just need ID. I hope I didn't mess up and forget to print something, but I can get it printed before we leave the hotel if I need to.

I know a long time ago, when we were driving into the port (we were just going to drop luggage before dropping off the rental car) we were asked for our cruise documents. We showed the online check in papers. Like I said that was several years ago. But on same trip when we came back on the rental shuttle, didn't need any documents, just our ID at the gate. Any time we have arrived by bus or shuttle or taxi, we have not needed papers, just our ID's to get through the gate -- they have the reservations #'s there.

So if you want to be safe, each of you have a photocopy of the online check-in documents. Or if you have the packet that was mailed to you -- the first to the port have the on line papers, the other take the booklet.

No tickets necessary. If you checked in online (saves a lot of time at the terminal to already have this done) you would be asked to run off a copy of
the health statement and signature form to bring to the terminal with you. If you don't have these with you they will provide them for you to sign at the
port.

He will definitely need government issued photo ID to get into the port.
