I recently did a split stay, starting December 30: 5 nights at OKW, 4 nights at Riviera, 7 nights at Jambo.
A few days after my OKW stay I received the usual email survey.
But since then, I have not received surveys for my other 2 stays.
There are 3 CMs who really made my vacation great (post-OKW stay), and I wanted to give them credit in the survey.
I guess my alternative is to write directly to Customer Relations?

I would do that. We got only one for BLT for our recent stay and not one for BWV.

I do split stays a lot and I think more often than not, I get for one place and not both!

I do split stays often, too. My memory is that I would get the survey once I was home, not during my stay.
In any event, one CM at Kidani Pembe savanna was terrific, and I told him I was going to mention him. So I can't break my promise!

Did you do a split stay since the pandemic and was it as enjoyable and hassle free as before the pandemic ?

I didn’t but my DD and her boyfriend did a few weeks ago. It was as seemless as always. My DD has done them with us a lot so she knows!

They followed our normal schedule. Slept in, enjoyed a nice morning relaxing at BLT. They were moving to BWV and reserved Epcot for the day since it opened at 11 am anyway. Luggage transfer was great. Got to Epcot around 11:45 and got room text around 12:30 pm!

Honestly, it can be a nice relaxing day if you plan it out correctly. Most times, we make the split day a Disney Springs day when we do it for 5 or 6 night stays. By the time we shop and eat lunch, we are at the new place around 3pm. The number of times our room was not ready was few but when it wasn’t, we simply hung by the pool!

What we really like was that it allows us to plan it so 3 of the 4 parks are accessible without the buses...which we are not huge fans of..thought we used them this trip and it wasn’t that bad,,,,of course, having the bus to myself going back to the resort mid afternoon May have helped,

I did a split stay, arriving December 30, 2020: 5 nights at OKW, 4 nights at Riviera, and then 7 nights at AKL/Jambo House. Other than fewer people being around, and Jambo being a ghost town, everything was fine.
The only hang up I have with split stays, other than the obvious one of having to pack up and move, is that the day of the move is basically shot as far as going to a park, as far as I'm concerned. Of course, you could leave your luggage at the new resort and head to a park.
