No Satisfaction with Satisfaction Orlando Kissimmee Resort

My family reserved rooms here and were never able to stay there. Our flight was delayed and didn't arrive until after Midnight. After renting the car and finding the hotel we arrived around 2 AM. We were exhausted and just wanted to get into the room and sleep so we could get up for Disney in the morning. When we arrived there was no one to be found and the office was closed. Supposedly we found out there was a guard there, but he was nowhere to be found either. his vehicle was placed in front of the office and all the lights were out. We had to scramble to find a different hotel. Then they had the audacity to charge us for the room and a No-Show fee when they were nowhere to be found. The website offered no time issues for check in either. What hotel doesn't have someone at the desk all hours? Even a skeleton crew. But there was no one there. This place is a rip-off and not worth anyone's time, let alone money. It was highly ranked on Price-line and booking.com, but it's definitely not worth it! Find a different hotel, somewhere reputable

The hotel website says:

"The front desk is open 7 days a week, 8:00 am to Midnight
If you arrive after midnight, the security officer will assist you with the check in."​

I'm not really defending the hotel, but they are pretty up front about their hours.

Not sure what to expect at a place like that. I would not have stayed there to begin with. Kmart is usually a low-rent district which makes it sketchy to start with. The outside looks like they may have hourly rate rooms as well. Not sure what you paid, but the rates I see offer far better opportunities.

You should have called the resort. Late arrivals can be tricky. You would have found out better what to do in this case. You might have been given a special phone number to the security guard to call, for example.
