AP rates came out and I could only get our cabin for 3 nights, 11/23, 24 and 25 - They don't have any cabins available for AP holders, or anyone for that matter on the 26th and 27th. They say they are completely sold out! So we are hopeful that a cabin will open for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Turkey Day or we will be sleeping in the parking lot! I will keep trying to call and hopefully pick up the extra two nights we need. I should have booked before the AP rates came out, lesson learned!

I was initially disappointed by not getting as many nights as I wanted. I kept calling and finally got two more nights. Now if I could just get an earlier seating at HoopDeDoo! So, keep up the fight and who knows what might open up... especially with the gas crunch, I'm guessing a lot of folks will be canceling. Here's hoping!

I just called and upgraded to a annual pass and booked oct 3 thru oct 8 , 2008 and March 30 thru April 8 , 2009 . we already had Dec. 17 thru dec. 23 2008 booked they applied the annual pass discount code for the Dec booking it save me 172.00 on that trip my Oct trip was only 234.00(camp site only full hookup) so I saved enought almost to pay for the camp site for Oct. trip . The CM said the discounts for March 2009 wont be realeased until Nov. but to be sure to call back when they are released. were booked for 3 trips Now how to tell DH about it

Keep trying because we are there through Thanksgiving weekend but my sister has 2 cabins and they will depart early on Friday the 28th. So I know they will be available.

Have you tried to get it one night at a time instead of all at once? Some folks have been able to piece-meal whole trips that way.

If you don't mind me asking - what was your AP rate on the cabin? We're going in April 2009 and I'm praying for an AP rate!

Just wanted to let my fellow campers know that we scored Thanksgiving! We are soooo excited! If you need it, keep trying! I logged in twice a day everyday and couldn't believe my eyes when it popped up available, woohoo!
