No Room at any of the Inns

Actually, the first couple weeks of December are the least busy time (i.e. not very popular) of year to visit WDW.

You know, this used to be true, but I am not so sure anymore! People who can't get in over Christmas and still want to see the decorations are discovering the first two weeks in December! I wish EVERYONE all the luck in the World in getting their rooms! After replying to this post, we decided to go January 1 to 6. because we found a great fare on American! We are in OKW the 3,4,5 but are wait-listed 1 and 2. So we know what it is like to sweat it out. :earseek:

See the thread "Happy Ending" for one possibility--book a few nights, then cancel what you don't need. I had to do this once to get a single night at WL before our week at SoG.

We booked 2 nights at POR just to make sure we are covered!

It will be a surprise Christmas present for the kids.

Try calling right after 8 am ET the Monday morning closest to 45 & 30 days out. I had a friend who worked for CRO and she said they dump all the unpaid vacations at that time on Monday. She used to get BWV fo 89 a night. They discount the rooms because they already have deposits.

Well I got All Star Music thanks to your advice. Added a day at the end so I could go to MVMCP as well. I am now a happy camper. I hate offsite! Been there and done that and never want to again.

The fact that CBR is shutdown has caused this shortish if rooms. That alone took over 2500 room offline. Even though it is more popular that past years, it is still one of the least busy times...smjj
