Does anyone remember last years Disney dollar fiasco we were treated like criminals and I/we called Joe @ Disney Corp offices (818.265.3435)in customer relations. Those of you who are being treated rudely should call and complain. There is just ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR THEIR BEHAVIOR!!!! Were those of you who got the $49 rate able to use your Disney club card for additional savings? And were you able to claim the free Disney$$$'s with it as well? tia

I think I saw a reply and I couldn't think of the name, I thought it was Bob but when I saw Joe I remembered that was right!

I was very lucky and utilized that WONDERFUL HOT TIP to buy our 4 AP's, (two adult, two children) buy going back several days and buying Disney Dollars & the GIFT Certificates and earned about 360.00 in those 15.00 coupon/gift certificates. I spent them buying extra's for the trip and each child and my DH & I snow globes (that's my new addiction, should be great with the new Spectro Magic Snow Globe parade , hopefully can pick up a few more in Oct. and/or Dec. . . . . ooops I'm rambling).

I had also lucked out and got the Orlando Vistor's Package for 9.95 (which included the "free" MKC membership application) so that helped on the AP's cost plus secured WL @ MKC rates in Dec. '00!!!!

As a result of all these savings, we are going back in Oct. for 10 nights (49.00 AS-Mo) and the again in Dec. for WL 6 nights for a TOTAL 28 days to use on our AP's vs. the UMP's we were going to originally get with a Magical Holidays Package which would have been only 50.00 dollars total less than the AP's and just one trip!

Actually I didn't even ask as I was happy enough with the 49.00 a night as I had been booked for 99.00 a night. I would think most discount offers would be non-combinable anyway???

aren't the disney dollars only with packages? This was a room only deal, so no dollars, right?
