So I was able to buy three day park hoppers at the old rate for our fall San Diego/Disneyland trip. (Thanks DisBoards!) I went onto the site this morning and sure enough, the huge increases are there, but the SoCal Citypass is still $279! Does anyone know if or when they will go up? Right now if you buy the Citypass and spend three days at Dosney you are getting Universal, Seaworld and the SD zoo for 29 bucks! Am I reading this wrong? That's a huge deal for anyone looking to spend a few days outside of Disneyland and could very well steer some folks away from spending their extra days at Disney. What do you think, is there anyway Disney will let this stand for long?

I panicked about this when I read that Disneyland was increasing their prices, so I called CityPass and they told me no, they are not increasing their prices. I also wrote on their Facebook Wall page and got the same answer; their prices are good through the end of 2012. :thumbsup2

They likely have a contract that run annually. So I expect the passes they sell for 2013 to reflect the higher price.

Just so you know the City Pass that includes the Zoo is $311. The Zoo is not part of the basic City Pass this year, so you have to purchase an upgraded ticket. As far as I know, you can only get these tickets through the City Pass website.
