No paper dues statement this year?

I know I can look them up online but other years I have received a paper statement by now. Have hard copies been discontinued? I am not talking about the pre-annual meeting summaries.

I haven't received anything yet either, but I don't believe they normally show up until sometime in January. At least that's when mine have been coming over the last few years.

I have 467 points mixed among OKW, BLT and AKV....$2387.65....works out to just over $5 a point....getting on up there...

Still no paper statement here and our Dec. 31 mail has been delivered.

Just received ours in the mail today - yet I paid the balance more than a week ago - surprised it's not updated with a zero balance.
