Planning our January trip and just found out that there is no more lunch at Norway (because of daily Princess Breakfasts).

That's our favorite lunch spot in EPCOT.
Surely there are other places for the Princess Breakfasts? How about one of the places that doesn't serve lunch anyway.
I guess these character meals are big money makers for WDW, but for adults without kids, it's irritating trying to find a place to eat!
Oh well, guess it will force us to try someplace new. Any suggestions?
