No matter how old I get, when I ride Mission Space I always have to....

I'm 50 years old and push every button I can (on Mission:Space, that is)

I play it up to the hilt. I also insist everyone in my family hits their buttons on queue. They think I'm a dork but that's the fun of it! I also try to get them to do the "Right Stuff" walk (also emulated in Monster Inc when they enter the scare floor) as we enter the corridor to ride.

Quite frankly, after you've ridden a couple times, the switches and buttons become the highlight!

Pre-flight I implore the kids to test all available switches and button. In the heat of flight, so we can assure the success of our all important mission.......ALL SWITCHES UP! Next comes the command PRESS SQUEAKY BUTTONS!!!

SWITCHES DOWN!!!

SWITCHES UP, SQUEAKY BUTTONS NOW!!!

The kids (yes, even the 16yo) love it and have taken over giving the orders!

I've never really pushed anything on it, I just hang out for the ride. My fiance yelled at me for not pushing any of the buttons last time and said we were going to crash because of me :rotfl2:

Hey, when Lt. Dan tells you to push...
you PUSH!
