I'm glad you didn't see me on that tender! I would have been the one who was red, white and blue.
Red from sunburn
White from being covered in salt from the ocean
Blue from being the saddest person in the world, for having just erased all my pictures!

I was too busy contemplating suicide to notice who was around me.

Poor baby. I totally know what you mean- I'd have felt the same way at that point! I'm SO glad they were able to get your pictures back!
I wonder if I accidentally did the same thing but without realizing it- because it's only when I got home that now I'm noticing some pictures I took have disappeared. little by little I'm realizing more and more pictures are just gone!

I have two different cameras. One is a Pentax, the other a Canon. It's almost impossible to accidentally delete pics from the Canon, but now I know how easy it is to delete them from the Pentax! I've made a vow that I won't even go back and look through my pictures on the Pentax, until I've come home and downloaded all of them.

You're a wise woman, Stacey! Now if a certain man I'm married to will always follow that advice, especially since his pictures couldn't be recovered......

My disk should be arriving at Mark's tomorrow, if not today. We'll have to set aside an entire day to look at them all!!

Actually, it's only been the last couple of days that I finally feel back to normal.

Why does a VACATION tire us out so much??

Guess I forgot to say, our servers were Oppie and Cyprian. Oppie did a great job as Asst Server. I never once had to ask for a drink refill, and he was great about running to get any little thing we might have wanted.
Cyprian did a great job, too...but a few of us were a little bugged that he kept mentioning the "Comment Card" that we get at the end of the cruise. He wanted to make sure that we marked "excellent" for service. He also seemed to get upset when I ordered the simple chicken breast and baked potato a couple of nights. I was leaving room for the fantastic desserts! But I guess he was worried that I was unhappy with the other choices.

Just reading your trip report when I saw this post. We had Cyprian also (we were on the 5/20 Western) and he got VERY uspet when I ordered the same exact meal. Kinda made me a little angry because it was the only thing on the menu that looked appealing to me (I'm a very basic eater). It was almost as if he took it personally! He also mentioned the comment cards about a billion times. I was sick of hearing about it by the end of the cruise!

Oh, well, hopefully we won't get Cyprian again on our 12/07 cruise!

Unfortunately, some of the goofy guys at our table loved teasing him. He'd ask how everything was, and was expecting the answer to be "Wonderful!"....and instead the guys would say "Oh...it was okay...."

I always spend some time on the verandah at night before bed. It's quiet, and I love the sound of the ocean.
I didn't stay out there very long this night. After Banfi, margaritas and champagne, I found out just exactly how easy it would be for someone to drink too much and fall overboard.

I ARE one of those stupid people.

YES...Rosa Regale..sorry. It's just easier to call it Banfi.

Yep...no Anne Marie or Marco. The Palo manager on the Wonder used to be Dragon, I wonder if he still is, and if he'll remember me? He did a great job up there, and I bet the servers there are just as great...if not as cute.
