"DS and I headed to the Magic Kingdom and he was starving and requested Pinocchio Village Haus. He chose the cheese flatbread with coke and chocolate cake."

"They basically had two options - either a Bounty platter or a breakfast Panini. After seeing a lot of options at some of the resorts, this was pretty disappointing. We ended up sharing one of the Bounty platters, an orange juice, and some croissant bread pudding."
"On the way over to Soarin' DH had also stopped at Starbucks and picked up my Venti skinny vanilla."
"Breakfast did the trick of filling us up for a while but it wasn't something that we would do again. The bread pudding was very good and the breakfast platter was fine too just not very interesting."
"After breakfast, Soarin, and Living with the Land we decided to do some shopping, stop in the Coke place, and then hit World Showcase."
Then slk537 said, "On our way into World Showcase we stopped at the Promenade where they had something special for Thanksgiving - or perhaps the entire holiday season but since it was Thanksgiving it seem perfect for us.

"It was a waffle made out of batter and spices that stuffing is made of and then filled with turkey breast, gravy, and cranberry sauce. This was surprisingly very good and nice first Thanksgiving meal for us."
"We also ordered a salted caramel hot chocolate butter but were pretty sure we got the toasted marshmallow one instead. Either way although it was very, very sweet, but we did like it."
"After this we stopped to do some shopping in England and had to get a snack while we were there. DH loves the fish and chips and it was time for another bottled water so we stopped and got a counter service credit meal there."

"Moving on to France we did take a look in the new ice cream shop and although we didn't get anything I was happy to see they had a seasonal ice cream flavor of gingerbread. We may have to get that later on in the trip."
"As we made our way around World Showcase we stopped and I took some pictures of menu items that looked like they were seasonal."
"We also stopped in Germany to get a large bag of caramel corn and Coke."
"The crowds at Epcot were not nearly as crazy as we thought they would be today which made touring the World Showcase a lot of fun."

"DH and I opted for the traditional Thanksgiving meal they were offering and DS decided to get spaghetti and meatballs again."
"The Thanksgiving meals began with butternut squash soup which was very good - the red on the top was a very savory pepper flavor."
"Next we had a plate with turkey breast, gravy, a sausage style stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce."
"Everything was just fine for Thanksgiving and we enjoyed having something a little bit traditional. Although some of the elements were different than we would've had at home, it was still nice not to have to cook it today."

"This is when we had Thanksgiving style meal number three - or as we like to call it our own leftovers. We got two of the turkey dinners they offered along with a slice of pumpkin pie and a slice of pecan pie."
"In addition we also got the spicy roast beef sandwich with a Mickey ice cream sandwich."
"We all had some of the two turkey dinners and the roast beef sandwich and both slices of pie are in the refrigerator at the moment."
"This meal was very similar to what we had earlier in the day and we enjoyed kind of picking at what we like, pretending we had our own leftovers."

"When we left Hollywood Studios we grabbed a mug full of hot chocolate and then took the boat to the Beach Club so we could take a bus to Downtown Disney."

She said, "We were at Animal Kingdom for the day and I enjoyed a Joffrey's skinny vanilla decaf while DS and DH rode Everest."
"The coffee was okay...almost tasted like caramel instead of vanilla and isn't Starbucks or Caribou but I liked it."

Flame Tree Barbecue
"This is one of DH's favorite counter service restaurants and we go here on every trip. DS had been wanting to get a turkey leg for some time now and we were please to see it as a counter service option for him. It looks like it also came with a side of cole slaw or something but he requested it no sides.
"DH had the rib and chicken combo...
...and I ordered the barbecue salad."
"The ribs and chicken combo was very good. I would say they were better than the ones we had at MGM on Wednesday but both overall were very nice. I liked the barbecue salad quite a bit. I remember the one they used to have with the balsamic vinaigrette and I think I preferred that one but this one was still good. I did like the salad with chili that I had on Wednesday at MGM better, but again that was a lot less healthy, which is probably what made it taste better."
"For dessert we could only pick between the chocolate mousse and the Key Lime pie. We decided to go with two of the chocolate and one of the Key Lime pies and really didn't high hopes for either."
"The chocolate was really, really good with kind of a hot fudge on top and a light mousse underneath. I really liked the whipped cream on both of them much to DH's irritation. I absolutely love real whipped cream. Oh, and I loved the Christmas sprinkles on top too."
"The Key Lime one was really a surprise. The gel on top had a tart lime taste and while the texture was weird it still was pretty good. The mousse underneath was very, very light and while DH thought it could be a little bit more tart, I thought it was very, very good. The whipped cream on this was not real (made with cream) so not awesome."
"This was a really great lunch and extremely filling."
"The crowds at Animal Kingdom were higher today and by the time we left in the later afternoon it did seem pretty heavy but we were still able to do everything we wanted to do and had a great time. The stores were not that filled with people and the weather was wonderful - not hot at all so that helped quite a bit."
"Also, we changed fast passes on the fly this morning and got great times for what we wanted...very impressed!"

She said, "Good morning!! Had a late night dinner after getting back to the resort. DH and I ate up at Artist Palette and brought desserts and DS's dinner back to the room."
"The special for yesterday was chicken parm - DH said this was okay."
"I ordered the spicy roast beef again as the last time we got it (Thanksgiving) we were so full from turkey we couldn't do much more than try it."
"It is really, really good. The bread was soft, there is a light layer of cheese and spicy mayo sauce, the roast beef is rare, and the tapenade is spicy and slightly salty. Olives, red peppers, banana peppers. We shared this and brought some back to the room."
"DS wanted chicken nuggets and another cupcake."
"This was your standard Disney chicken nuggets - but that's a good thing He also loves the cupcakes."
"DH and I each picked the Mickey sandwich and Mickey bar which we brought back for the freezer. Based on the Mickey ice cream sandwich wrapped on the table, I am guessing DS enjoyed it early this morning."
