No idea why this site says no available rooms at any time? Can you figure it out?

I wanted to know the suite price at this hotel site so I tried many nights up until Dec 2003/ It says all rooms unavailable.

Sorry I just typed in Oct 1 2002 and it told me the rate of 88.70 per night but why does it tell me they are full for most of 2003?

They probably just don't have the 2003 rates out yet.
