Piano bar (for those ships that have them). Trivia games are fun (if you ignore the "must win at all costs" people). Shows. Relaxing (remember, it's a vacation, you don't have to be doing something all the time).

Buy some passes for the Rainforest Room. On the Fantasy, we loved sitting in the Rainforest room hot tubs during sail away. Remy and/or Palo for dinner or brunch. Adult games in the lounges in the evenings (match your mate, etc). Yoga at Serenity Bay. Bike rides and snorkeling on CC. Mixology class or any of the tastings. You will meet many other couples traveling solo.

I would book Remy and Palo along with booking tastings. Otherwise I alway felt like there way way more than enough to do but I know things are a little different now.

You have things like Trivia going on that you can go to and the nightly adult entertainment or even the movie theatre in addition to the actual theatre shows.

Finally you can do midship detective.

We sailed on the Fantasy 10/30 to 11/6/2021. We also usually travel with WDWRadio Group, but after cancelling four other cruises we
decided to sail. We wanted to go to St. Thomas but at the last minute it was changed to Cozumel, Nassau, Castaway twice and days at sea.
We went to 4 movies, and 3 theater shows. We ate breakfast in the dining rooms instead of Cabanas. In the afternoon we went to Cabanas at 2PM to
get soup and a late lunch. DH love the soup on the ship. DH is not a beach person so we only got off the ship on the first Castaway Day and went to
the family beach. Right before the cruise I was diagnosed with basel cell skin cancer on my cheek so I wore hats everywhere outside. On the second CC day we stayed on the ship and enjoyed the quiet ship and the movie offerings. We also enjoyed the unplanned character
sighting all over the ship and castaway cay. We didn't go to the trivia, bingo, DH went to the comedy show twice. You can do as much or as little
as you want.
Had the skin cancer Mohs surgery when we returned and everything went well. Have to be careful even though
I was never a sun worshiper.

Whatever you want. Enjoy each other! You do not have to be in a group to have fun.

With just my wife? I'd respond honestly but this is a family board . . .

Nothing, I do absolutely nothing on my cruises. Go down the cruises the one place that I don't worry about doing things. I load up my Nook with books and I sit in the adult area reading and resting and occasionally drinking. To me that is what a cruise is for.

I travel with my husband and boys, so some times it feels like I'm on my own.

I relax on the deck with a book, walk around the ship, do some of the classes, go to one of the movies, buy myself the special coffees and the expensive ice cream. No one has to know. ;)

I agree with PP, Rainforest passes. Spa, maybe. How about the gym? Make a reservation for the Princess meet and greet, maybe. Why not? Do a Palo brunch. Sign up for a tasting or two. Do the "learn to draw" classes. Just sit on deck and watch the jumbotron. Go on the Aquaduck. Play minigolf by yourself. Shop. Eat. Sit on your balcony and watch for fish (don't laugh, DH claims he saw one once)
