No Free Dining week of 10/15?

Hi - anyone know why there is no free dining the week of 10/15-21? Just wondering if I should avoid that week in general - is there something going on?

Because hotels are booked. There is a VERY large IT convention and a PGA tournament. These things will book rooms, but not impact the parks very much. Disney doesn't care WHY the rooms are booked, just that they are. Thus, no free dining.
