No Flex Pay for Seasonal?

I am trying to plan a trip for my family of 5 (3 teenagers). Tickets are costly since there are 5 of us. I'm buying myself a preferred for the room discount but was hoping to buy seasonal for everyone else on flexpay. Any idea why they don't allow it?

No idea on why no Seasonal Flexpay. You don't need a Preferred pass for room discounts though. Any of the passes (even the seasonal) are good for APH rates at the onsite hotels. It's at the bottom of the chart on the page below:

I have the preferred ap and been renewing it yearly since 2003

I'm glad Universal offers flex pay for some of the AP's- I wish Disney would as well! I like the monthly payments vs a huge cash outlay at once. I have 5 AP's in the family now!

Yes. But will you spend enough to make up the difference with discounts? I suppose three teens helps, but then some people say their teens eat almost nothing, so...
