Yeah, upon reading it again, I saw that he first said children but then later said guests.
What I imagine this means is that guests with a DAS will be given a return time at some point in the day they request it, but maybe less than what the standby wait time will be. Like, if the ride has a 6 hour line, maybe the return time will be in 3 hours instead of 6. Most DAS users, I think, don't spend full days in the parks. We never do. My son can max out at about 8 hours on a great day, but our norm is more like 4-5 hours on any given day. It would be difficult to contend with a return time 4+ hours later. Maybe they will only let DAS holders get one SW land ride return time per day or maybe they will tweak the system so that if you do get a SW land return time 6 hours away, you will also be able to get other ride return times in the meantime, rather than being locked out of everything until that SW return time comes around. It seems like they have a plan in place to make these rides accessible under a different set of rules than normal.
