So we are headed to Disney in September. I went online to make our fast pass for Pandora, and they're already completely gone. They just opened up that day this morning. Do I have any hope of ever getting a fast pass for it? Are we gonna have to stand in line for seven hours ? Do they release more fast passes for a ride?

They do not release more, sorry. You can check back regularly, the more often you do it the better your chances. Honestly though, with FOP you're probably out of luck. See the Availability post in the FP FAQ for more information.

Waits for FOP have never approached 7 hours, but 2-3 hours is not unheard of still.

If you don't get one you can rope drop FOP. I have a feeling we will need to do the same. We scheduled AK as our first park day and will probably not get a FP for that day. There have been reports of people doing this and it not being to bad of a wait.

Keep checking. Really the queue for FoP is really neat. A wait of 90 minutes would be ok as it gives you time to see the entire queue and all the details. I rode it 4 times shortly after it opened and I never had a FP. You can try rope drop or just pop in line when it's under 2 hours.

Yes, keep checking. When our window opened, I was online at 7 AM right at 60 days, and was unable to get FOP at any time for any of our 5 park days. I booked NRJ instead, but kept checking each day by going in to modify that one and finally got lucky. That was around 35-40 days out. Plans change all the time, so you never know when one might pop up. Good luck!

Also check the last day of your trip. People who have trips that start a few days before yours have already had access to the day you may have tried to book today. Good luck!

Truly, keep checking...never got any at 60 days out. At about 45 days out, I got one for each of the two nights of our pre cruise trip in August! If we get on it the first night, ( only rain or a break down would cause us to miss it) I will cancel the second.

1 keep checking you do have a slim to none chance of getting a FP for FOP but with out checking you have 100% of 0 chance.

2 if you do not get a FP and you would like to go on FOP with the lest amount of wait go when the park opens in fact get there about an hour before park opens and get as close to the front as you can ( be on the left hand side) know where to go ( look at a map) and walk very fast to the ride. ( right now at 10:30 the line is about 3 hours and the river one is just over an hour)
after you get off the FOP ( and if you are there early and are near the front you should get on with in 30 minutes, depending nohow fast you walk and where you are for RD)

I would then head right to river ride where it should be about an hour wait. I would not have any FP fro the day you want to go until after 11 just incase the line take longer. oh and be patient you will be n lines but there is things to look at and it is mostly inside, play a game on our phone ( heads up) and talk to the people around you, will make the time go faster.

just looked on September 20 the river still has FP ( 23 different times form9:10-8pm) so there is that you can pick up a FP for this ride I only check one person if you have more then this and can not find any split the group up often id you have 4 and you do 2 and 2 you will find times that over lap so you might get 2 FP for 11-12 and then 2 more for 11:30-12:30 and then you can ride between 11:30 and 12.

Yep, keep checking. I got a FOP FP+ less than 24 hours in advance for a party of 5. It took some very persistent playing with MDE, but I got it. For Na'vi, I got 2 of them.

I ran into the same problem. I picked NRJ instead but I'm going to keep checking back. Even though I hear FOJ is worth it I don't want to spend all day waiting in line for it.

And for the record, they just opened for you this morning, but people with longer trips booked had access to your same dates for days now, depending on how long their trips were.

We have a trip in September and for some of the days FP's was gone for FOP but I kept stalking the FP system and within one day I got FP's for 3 days at FOP.

We just stayed at Disney for the past 10 days and even though we had FP's at other parks I stalked the system after our initial 3 FP's was used. Prior to the trip we had a FP for one day at FOP, we ended up trying FOP 7 times all with FP's

So I definitely recommend stalking the system, because people's plan do change as life happens.

Thanks for asking this! My 60-day window opened last week, and I could not get a FOP FP for any of our days. I thought maybe it was down for maintenance that week or something! Guess I am not the only one in that boat. I have been checking for availability a few times a day. Good luck to you MKCP5!

I was lazy about making the FP+ reservations for our trip at the end of August and couldn't get FOP on any of our park days. I checked every day and just last week I finally got one, so keep checking at least daily.

The only easy way to guarantee a FP for Flight of Passage seems to get a 10-day resort stay so you can be the first to book that highly demanded Fast Pass at 69 days out instead of 60.

It is frustrating when you do everything right (stay at an on-site resort, try and select your fast passes the MINUTE they are available at 60 days out) and something you really want is not available.

I really feel .. inconvenient or not .. that they should just level the playing field and let everyone make Fast Passes at the same time . .60 days out .. period. So you make your Fast Passes for Day 1 of your trip at 60 days out . then the next day you make Fast Passes for Day 2 of your trip, etc.

Or do it like Disneyland and just ditch this 60 day out concept and just allow guests to make them day of.

I wonder how many Fast Passes simply go unused due to changing plans.

Just imagine how crazy getting Fast Passes for Star Wars Land will be. Yeesh.

If you don't get FP+ for FOP no worries. We had a last minute trip just last week. I just couldn't get FP's so we rope dropped. We had no problems getting on the ride and were in the gift shop at 9:15. It can easily be done. Have a great trip!
