I'm also trying to book a F! dining package for early May and they just say to keep trying back because it will be available soon. The guy I talked to on the phone today said they have a lot of things they are trying to take care of and loading the F! dining packages into the system is one of them and they'll get to it soon.

I called this morning exactly 180 days before my target date of May 9th. Was told "nothing was available" for Fantasmic dinner packages. Asked the CM if that seemed unusual, he said yes and told me to try back later. Tried twice since then today and was told the same thing. Although the last CM I spoke with said that it looked like "no packages were in the system for that date yet" ????? So I'm going to try again later and tomorrow.

I posted this same issue on another board and everyone seemed puzzled there as well.

Try calling everyday, because according to the CM that I talked to this morning the F packages should be plugged into the computer within the next couple of days (now not sure if this person was just blowing smoke or actually new the ETA). As for SoA, book it online at exactly the 180 days from the date you want to dine there. I did a mock ADR to see if it will show up and sure enough it did. So now I am going to have to wait until Friday to book that dinner show. Good luck to everyone.

I just tried again for May 9th and the CM I spoke to said the Fantasmic dinner packages for that date are not in the system yet??!! So I'll keep trying and keep you posted.

We had no problem booking SoA on Nov 7 for our May trip by phone (within our 180+10). You may want to call back and try a different CM. Are you on the dining plan? If so that may be the problem. It seems that people are having problems booking certain things that haven't been loaded with the dining plan. Some CMs seem to realize this (apparently they have to uncheck dining plan to make a reservation otherwise the system doesn't search for it) others just think it isn't loaded. You could probably make the reservation as if you were not on the plan and later update it to use the plan for it. Fantasmic though really doesn't seem to be loaded yet for anyone.

I've tried to book a Fantasmic Dinner Package everyday this week, always told 'the tables don't seem to be loaded yet'. Our 180 days was Monday, we booked everything else with no issues. I could book a regular meal at one of the DHS locations, just not for the Fantasmic package.

We are on the dining plan, so that is an interesting observation by the pp. I have called twice a day since Monday - would all of the different CM's - 8 of them now (I call in the am at opening & again on my way home from work) not know that there is an issue only with trying to book using the dining plan. The last two days they have made comments 'humm... seems that I haven't been able to book any in May yet" try back next week. I don't want to wait till next week and get stuck with a 2pm dinner?!

Oh well... the Disney hold music is better than the radio Hard to not be in the Disney spirit of listing to Disney music when your around your 180 days.

Thanks for the input. Yes we are on the Dining Plan, therefore that is why we are having such a hard time booking SoA. I am hoping that since tomorrow is my 180 days from the date that we will be doing SoA, I will then be able to book it. As for the F package, I was thinking about this tonight. I know there are many many threads regarding this topic. I feel sorry for those (I included) that once the F package does get loaded into the system, and we all go to call, many of us won't be able to get what we want because everyone else will have booked it before us , therefore all this worry, frustration, and frequent obsessive callings will be for nothing .

Booked my Fantasmic! package today for May 12th, so the tables seem to be open. I only had 2 time choices for Mama Melrose's, though...315PM for lunch or 5PM for dinner.

Finally was able to book my F package for Mama Melrose on May 7th this morning. They only had 2 time slots available, and both were for lunch (which I am not complaining, I take what I can get ), there was a 1:30pm or a 3:30pm lunch available. I also asked about the SoA for my May 11th date, and I still wasn't able to book that. So I guess I have to just keep calling back for that one. At least I got 1 out of the 2 I am looking for

they told me the only times to book mama melrose for fantasmic was between 2 and 4. so i took the 4:00 widh I could have gotten 5:00

My gosh, I hope I don't have the same problem with booking when my ADR window opens! Everytime we call the U.S., it costs a forturne, so I couldn't afford to be calling everyday waiting to see if it was loaded

By the way, if Fantasmic is playing at 8pm, roughly what is the range of dinner times you get offered for the Fantasmic Dining package at Mama Melrose?

No, it was a few days ago. I had been calling for almost a week in order to get it once my 180 day mark hit. They didn't have them loaded in system. By the time I got mine, all that was left for my requested day was 5pm, but that's what I wanted. I was actually shocked to even get the reservation and was told by the CM that it was my lucky day....Hopefully today will be better for you to call. I think with the resv system down on the 16th, it made it really crazy for anyone calling yesterday since the people at their 180 days on the 16th had to delay making their ressies until then. I just called Disney dining for my annual every day/twice a day call-in to try and get SoA. Just as I thought I was going to be told "Sorry, but our system is still not letting us book those reservations, but please try calling back again..." yadda, yadda, yadda. All of a sudden the CM is confirming my 8:00pm show for May 11th and then wanted my CC# to hold the reservation. I was so excited I had to ask one more time did she really get a reservation for SoA?, the CM must of thought I was crazy for asking but I don't care because now I am finally finished with my ADRs so all I have to do now is relax and let the time tick down til we go
