No DVC Updates at DL

I stopped at the DVC kiosk at DL today as I thought I had read they had started doing weekly updates like they do in Florida. The CM told me it was only for the month of January. Also when we walked to our shuttle we saw one of the DVC tour buses at the entrance. I'm not sure what it was for unless they are touring the DL hotels?

I'm not sure how the system is set up at DL, but I would think that they would have a place where they actually do the selling (kiosks are to get people interested--the paperwork and videos, etc. would be done someplace else I would think). That is probably what the "buses" are for--to get people to the DL DVC offices.

When we were there I asked and they said they do the presentations over at the DLH. I didn't ask about the vans, but I assume that they would use those to go pickup folks from their hotels and drive them over to the DLH, or to take them from the parks and back.... although from the parks it seems like it would be just as easy to hop on the monorail and get off at DTD and walk across the street.

The building is right behind the Disneyland Hotel. It is an office building with rooms and where Brides & Grooms go to reserve their weddings. There were wedding books for them to look at. NOthing fancy, but then I haven't been to the one at WDW, so I can't compare.
We just walked there, and didn't take a van, but it was a short walk from DLH, it is just behind one of the towers, but can't remember which one..
