No disney ? has anyone had lap band surgery????

This is so bizarre!!! I almost NEVER read this forum but I just checked for a friend who has 2 very little ones. I can't believe I saw your post!

Yes...I had the LAP BAND placed 3/25. It will get better!! I felt pretty good for the first few days - then the shoulder pain hit! WOW - I was unprepared for that. I have to say I feel really great and this whole experience has been much better than I thought it would be.

Our next trip to WDW is the end of August, so I'm hoping I'll feel much more comfortable in the plane, ride seats and especially the water parks.
