NO, Dad, you CAN'T walk between parks!! July 2012 PTR and the whole family's along!

Roughly 27 hours to departure! Van is vacuumed out, bench is out, suitcases in our rooms partially loaded, and laundry is done! Just did my Disney manicure and love it!!

Hubby is gearing up as well...he's coming home tonight to crash hopefully by 9. Up at 4am, get a jump start on his workday and he hopes to be home again and asleep by 1pm. Tonight while the girls are at VBS I need to run to Kohl's and get him a couple more pairs of shorts, then a quick grocery stop for cherry cereal bars. DD8 has a birthday party tomorrow from 10-11:30, and I'd like to have everything packed and ready to load when DH gets home from work. We won't load it until we're ready to go, as we'll be loading the dog crate and dog to take over to my girlfriend's house for the week.

Tomorrow!!! Squeeeee!!!!

T - 2 hours! Just need to finish putting stuff in our suitcase, toiletries after DH gets out of the shower, then load the van. Dinner will be light and here at home, and we hope to pull out at 7pm EST...I can't wait!!

This is amazing!!! We pulled into SoG at 2 yesterday, 19 hrs after we left home. We did take lots of breaks and felt pretty decent. Got settled and my parents are next door, connecting room, and my sister on our other side. Gave the girls their surprise tees and Minnie ears and they love them! Wearing those today. Went to DTD for dinner. Is monorail and bus, then took the bus back, finally crashing at 1015. Em lost a tooth right before we left for DTD so she's thrilled that the tooth fairy is coming!
Not going to make rope drop today, felt it more important that DH get some sleep so it's 7 and I'm the only one up so far. Meeting for breakfast downstairs at 8 I believe then off to the TTC to activate our tickets and finally get to MK!!! Hope to make rope drop Thursday. Tomorrow is AK, possibly DHS for pm EMH tomorrow night. Might hit Epcot for a bit later today, definitely Thursday & Friday!

Lolol!!! He admitted this morning that he truly had no idea how massively huge this place really is. He and mom also have thanked me for all of my planning and organization!

Our time here is over and we are heading home in a few hours. So sad...the girls and I cried last night leaving MK for the last time.
Only lingering concern is I'm missing some photo pass pictures from the princess meet n greet yesterday morning. I had to stop at the viewing center last night to find missing pic from Tuesday (which we did) and could swear I saw them when se scanned my card but now they aren't online. Everything else from yesterday is there. Going to call after breakfast but I can't get back in the park to their viewing office. Ugh. None of the princess pix are showing up yet so here's hoping they do! It's 6am now so surely they'd be loaded by now, that was at 10am

I just found this thread after reading the first timer thread on the other board. Your conversation with you Dad about being able to walk from one park to the ohter made me laugh.

I was looking for an update on your trip?? I'm sure you had an amazing time, and I really enjoyed reading your pre trip thread. I am off to find the post trip one!
