I'm sure this has been pointed out before but worth mentioning since there is now the ME option. I reserved a car through Alamo in case the reviews of ME are less than favorable, thinking I would probably be canceling the resie because I'm sure WDW will do a fabulous job with ME. But then I started thinking while I am totally excited about not having to deal with my luggage at MCO, I'm still apprehensive about not having a car to get around. I had read here that there is an Alamo in the Swan (we are staying at BWV & BCV) so it would be very convienent. I'm thinking this is the best of both worlds, we could get delivered to and from the airport and still have a car, so I reserved through Alamo and got a good rate, the same daily rate as my 1st resie with the pick up option at MCO (I thought the Swan might be higher since it's not at the airport). Anyway, the Swan location estimate did not have the $16 concession charge that was itemized on the MCO location estimate. Just something to consider if like me, you have issues about not having a car in the world.

We're going to be renting from their next month -- in addition to not having the feel it helps if your say is longer than a week -- those extra day rates are crazy. We're doing Disney's ME on Saturday when we arrive then pickup a mini-van at the Swan/Dolphin on Sunday then return it on Saturday the take ME back on Monday. Those extra 3 days would have been at $55/day.

So you are saving $165 + concession fee and you don't have to deal with your luggage or getting back and forth to the airport, that's great. I dropped our 1st and last day off the original resv. when I switched, which gave us the weekly rate also, I didn't even think about that savings. Hope you have a great time.

It would not have the concession fee as the concession fee only applies to the airport.
