No California resort in the works

I just got off the phone with MS and as I was hanging up I said -

I heard a rumor that there is going to be a new resort in CA - he said absolutely not - they are just opening a sales preview center there and there are ABSOLUTELY no plans for a DVC resort in CA in the forseeable future

the two people I talked to seem to be pretty sure about no Ca DVC either?

now Hawaii was still on the list. even the Cont - but no Ca????

so what is your source?
