no bounce-back offers?

Hi all,

We were in AKL Kidani Villas from July 31st - August 6th & they never put the clock/bounceback offer circle in our room the entire stay. I was hoping to book for August of 2013, but we never saw the offer in our room. I'm wondering if they thought we were vacation club members?
We also had a lot of issues with housekeeping during our stay unfortunately, i'm wondering if they forgot to put the bounceback offer out?
I'm wondering anyone has just come back & seen the bounceback offers?

there should be a current one did you try calling extension 8844? The new bounceback is Free Dining 8/18/13 to 9/13/13. You can get the bounceback when you are there even if there's not a brochure in the room if you call.

As to the OP I think it was put in the room late last week or early this week not sure which so there was only the bounceback that expired 7/31 but it was for the rest of 2012

My cousin was at disney a week ago and there was no bounce back clock in her room. She called and was told there wasn't any at this time. That seems to be the consensus for a lot of people that has visited Disney lately.

I have to laugh, my DH said that last august when we were there during Hurricane Irene, and he was there again this August, so never say never!

That's not good to hear!! You would think they would be offering more discounts. Last year when we stayed at the Poly we had 40% off and there was a bounce back offer in the room for another 40% if you booked your next trip at check out. I said we would do something else for vacation and didn't need that and of course I couldn't stay away long! This year we ended up getting a pin code for about 23% off, so way less than the 40% off we could have gotten! Hopefully there's a bounce back offer for next year!

There will more than likely be a percentage off after this one for next year. This bounceback has been offered a couple of years now just for Aug-Sept which is their slow season with kids back in school

I would hope so but since some people are already saying they went in August but received no room discount and are being told it's the free dining offered in Aug/Sept I'm having my doubts. We'll see!

I checked out of Poly on Tuesday and called both Monday and Tuesday and was told there was no bounceback offer currently available even though some others have posted they received free dining. I too am hoping for a room discount as I think we'll pay for dining OOP, but it is still confusing that some people were able to get one and others were told there was nothing available.

This year there was no general public offer for the week that we went and ended up paying rack rate for everything. I ended up getting only a 10% discount through AAA, so I was thrilled to book with free dining next year. Next year's trip is costing over $1,000 less than this years trip did, and we're there two more days.

Just talked with my friend last night who is now at BC and she told me of the discount that was in her room. It was for AKL and WL for $2800 and she thought it was for 6 days.

There is a current Bounceback offer, although I have seen numerous reports of people having to call for it since the flyer wasn't in their room. Lots of reports about bounce backs on the Codes board above.

When I called 8844 from the room the Cast Member on the phone took a while looking for discounts and didn't mention anything about any Bounceback Room Only dates. So instead I accepted a 15% AAA Room Only discount for December 2012 which is better then nothing.

I think you have to specifically say you are calling for the bounceback offer or they won't offer it to you. From what I have read here in the past.

I did specifically say is there any Bounceback Room Only offers for December 2012 and was told no.
