NO A&E FP for us during a crowd level 1: Update found one thanks to some great people

During iur few days the crowd level is said to be 1. Fastpass
Window just opened exactly at midnight but we are only going to be there for 4 days and there is no availability the 9th-12th. If you have a longer trip, try to get them towards the end. I read some people booked a fastpass for them everyday of their trips and it kind of sucks for others. Good luck to whoever is trying. I think we will just spend our entire EMH trying to meet them.

UPDATE: Some lovely people on the September FB group posted about some fast passes available the 7th,,8th, and 9th so I gave it a check and got one on the 10th to meet them at 8:30pm!!!No luck on the 11th so Ill have to change some ADR around but I am ok with that! So just like everyone says Keep trying!!!!!

You should probably keep checking. There was a thread earlier today saying that others couldn't get FP for A&E for their entire trips either. Maybe a glitch in the system, or maybe A&E FP hasn't been released yet?

I tried at midnight too and like op said 9th - 12th is gone!
I was so confused, because I had no clue what I was doing. I still don't.
Luckily we had a longer trip so I booked out further.
I did just check all the days and the 13th and on are available still.

I thought I had read on the boards that a person got her A&E in the morning, so I was thinking about doing that. I am so glad I didn't now!
All the Disney reps said today to go at midnight for A&E.(I think I remember most all)
The last one I talked to at 11 pm said to make sure I print a hard copy of that reservation, it's GOLD.

I am traveling from the Sept 9th thru the 16th and just booked my FP+. The earliest in my trip I was able to secure A&E was Sat the 13th and the earliest availability on that day was later in the afternoon. I ended up booking for Monday to get the time I want but even for 1 person there was no availability earlier. To OP...keep trying...I am hoping to get something earlier in our trip since it will fit our schedule better and I hope you are able to get it too...sending pixie dust your way!!

So there were openings for Tuesday the 16th? That's our last day and we are spending a half day in MK (flight is at 9pm). I'll be thrilled if we can book a morning one for that day. Our window opens tomorrow night.... *Fingers crossed*

I wonder if with the lower crowds in September they are going to distribute less FP+ slots maybe? I can book my FP+ reservations starting Thursday and I'm a bit worries I won't be able to get A&E slots.
I think there's been other posts were people haven't been able to get times they want and the closer it gets to their trip, more slots have become available. Looks like we'll just have to keep checking on a daily basis...

I just released 2 fastpass+ for A&E on 9/16 from 600-700 2 days ago. hopefully a DISer got them!

Was 60 days out a few days ago…went online and had my choice of morning, noon and night for the entire time I'm there. No problem at all.

The phone CMs know almost nothing. Disney has not been accepting screenshots or print outs for glitches involving A&E FP+ reservations.

I've tried several times since booking FP for the 8-12 of Sept and have found nothing. It just says standby is available. My friends are going this week and it's really high on their priority list

Keep in mind that MNSSHP starts in September, so from then until late December, the park closes at 7 three or four days a week. That itself really reduces the total number of slots each day.

I think it's going to be more difficult to get Anna & Elsa FP for September- December because of the parties. MK closes at 7 on those days, so it limits availability. Maybe they are also cutting back to just one set of characters since it's "low" time. I'm disappointed in people who get a FP for everyday or multiple days they are there, especially if they have large parties. Our trip isn't until December, and I've already planned out our days. There's no need for me to hoard A&E fast passes. It's just a crappy thing to do, IMO. If your kid wants to meet them twice, I get that, but to book for 3 or 4 plus visits is just meh! Of course if I do get a FP, it'll be for a day we aren't going to MK and have an ADR that is tough to move around! Good luck everyone!

Wondering if statistically it would be easier to get a FP for a non party day. Of course those are also the most crowded days at MK during party season.

I've only checked those two days as they are my MK days and the app is being very slow. A shame if there's nothing on the 11th or 12th. I couldn't imagine waiting in line hours for the girls.
I'm coming from Australia so odds are may never come back again. So time is precious.
