I bought a nintendo DS (mostly for myself) and my almost 4 year old wants to play some games on it too. Can anyone recommend a few games that would be relatively easy for this system?

I saw that they have Disney Cars and a Herbie the love bug and those looked fun, but am open to anything!!!

Pokemon Trozei is pretty simple. Kids wander through screens looking for Pokemon, then use the stylus to circle the Pokemon until they "capture" them.

Also, the Mario Brothers games are pretty easy to manage. Your 4y.o. might do well with one of those.

:thumbsup2

Keep in mind, Gameboy Advance games will also work with a DS. So, if he has an affinity to certain characters, you can look to see if any games are offered in that platform as well.

THERE ARE A TON of games I can recomend, but I need to know more about the type of things your DS4 likes.... PM ME or stop by the Wii/DS thread that I have a link to in my sig and I'll gladly answer your questions for you.

Animal Crossing -> Very cute and cuddly, and teaches your kid to garden in the process! :teeth:

Pokemon Trozei -> Good Pokemon Related Tetris styled game. Very good!

Pokemon Mysterious Dungeon -> Nice Adventurey game involving Pokemon, a bit different from the standard kind of Battle based

Pokemon Ranger -> Another adventury styled game, and you get a pokemon inside it for the next big pokemon game! :goodvibes

(What did you expect with a person who has "Pokemon" in his name? :lmao: )

Lostmagic -> Lovely game involving magic, for the harry potter lover.

Mario kart -> Very good and most people have it for a multiplayer game!

That's all I can think of the top of my head. :goodvibes

DS4 loves Super Mario DS. Although we have been tag teaming on Super Mario. But he does pretty good on it.

::yes:: And unfortunately, DS4 recently found out that Daddy's old Game Boy and Game Boy Color games do not work in the DS like they do in the Advance.

How about Nintendogs? You can adopt a virtual dog and care for it. It's really easy and cute, too!
