Nine Dragons with VKL voucher

I know, here we go again. Once again I'm coming to the experts for advice. We have a PS at Nine Dragons for lunch on NYE. We were leaning toward ordering a variety of Dim Sum offerings, but may change our mind if we'd be happy with the 3 course meal. I love the idea of having our meal paid for in advance. Please tell me how I can save money by using the vouchers. Again, this will be DH, DS(12), and me. DH & I are more than happy to share. Thanks again for all your help.

We ate at Nine Dragons last time we visited WDW (jan 04) and decided not to use a voucher there. It just didn't seem like a good value. We did not end up enjoying the meal. The food was mediocre at best. We live close to Boston and used to great chinese food!
