I had the opportunity to try out the Nine Dragons restaurant, right as it opened for the day at 12pm!
The highlight of the lunch that day was the sole salmon… it was seasoned quite well and paired deliciously with the duck fried rice that I had.
The rest of the dishes were ok, nothing quite magical to write home about.
